1. How can I access the new start page?
You don't have to change a thing to access the new Start Page! Simply go to the Verizon Online Start Page as you always have. Or you can type the Web address directly into your browser's address window:

If you have DSL go to: http://dslstart.verizon.net
If you have Dial-up go to: http://start.verizon.net

2. I already have a personalized My Verizon Online Start Page. What happened to it and can I use the new start page?
Your old start page is still here, it just got better! And you will be able to continue accessing it with your Verizon Online user name and password, just as you've always done.
Please note: the content on your personalized start page may appear in a different order then you are used to. However, you will be able to rearrange the content any way you like and save it in this order.

3. Can I access my Verizon Online account tools and information from the new start page?
Yes. All the convenient account management tools you depend on are still readily available on the new start page.

4. If I don't have a Verizon Online Start Page yet, do I have the option to personalize the new start page?
Yes. The new start page allows you to customize it for your own preferences. From stock info to sports news to horoscopes - - you can pick and choose the specific information you'd like to see daily!
