Dial-up Pricing Plans



Number of Hours
The number of hours that come with each access Dial plan are as follows:
  • Unlimited Plan: $22.95 with unlimited hours
  • 150-Hour Plan: $19.95 for 150 hours per month, $0.95 for each additional hour
  • 50-Hour Plan: $9.95 for 50 hours per month, $0.95 for each additional hour
All hours used above these stated thresholds will be billed to the account holder at a rate of $0.95 per hour.

Verification of Hours
Users are encouraged to view their hours on our online hours management tool available from the My Account page (after you have logged in), then select "Billing", then "Online Usage". It is the responsibility of the end user to verify and monitor their monthly usage. Verizon Online will not proactively contact customers concerning their usage.

Billing of Additional Hours
All users who exceed the threshold for the 150 Hour Plan or the 50 Hour Plan, will be billed $0.95 for each hour above the threshold. Example: A 150 Hour Plan user with 150 hours per month uses 160 hours. This user will be billed an additional $9.50 for this usage.
  • Additional usage will be billed by calendar month.
  • Usage is billed in arrears. Example: Incremental usage above the threshold for the month of January will be billed on February's invoice.
  • Users are responsible for paying all charges.
  • Unused hours do not carry forward to the following month.
